Anna Mary Milot is the current director of Valley Voices Community Choir. She plays an active role at the United Presbyterian Church of Slatington serving as both choir director and organist. Anna Mary is involved in church services and musical events, as well as presenting church artifacts and guiding visitors through its historical and cultural aspects. Milot has also been acknowledged for her contributions to events that celebrate Slatington's Welsh heritage. For years, Milot played an important part in organizing the church's famous Gymanfa Ganu (Welsh Hymn Sing) which attracted busloads of people from outside the area to come and sing traditional Welsh songs together. Valley Voices is thankful to Anna Mary for stepping away from the tenor section to take on the dual responsibilities of director and accompanist.
